心裏一直以來都很排斥刻意節食,尤其是有過這樣的經驗,面對著主人耗時精心準備的佳餚美食,明明不特別胖也沒在事前吃過東西的成年女性,卻只以1粒1粒飯的速度用餐,既然自葛沒有解釋說明,旁人只能瞎猜:妳生病了嗎?還是都沒看見喜歡的菜色? 可憐的小東西,主人應該不好意思三番二次再邀請妳來餓肚子了.(有聽見好大盆冷水唰地下來嗎?)
多彩的食物對我真的很有癒療力,運動讓人生更有活力與樂趣,也更能享受每回的用餐時刻. 你覺得呢?
For so many years, I still don't like the word "diet", specailly after such an unnatural experience with a middle-age woman who was also invited to join a dinner and slowly picked up the rice from her bowl "piece by piece" to her mouth. Oh, it was really happening and I saw it. That was quite a shock for me, because even now I can never act like that in front of delicious meals. When I am invited to dinner, I can only try to enjoy every treat. Well, since that was definitely a tasty normal home dinner and we were not close to each other, I could only assume 2 possibilities, i.e. she was sick, or she liked nothing on the table at the host. I did feel like saying, you little pool thing, what's wrong with you? What did you try to say? What did you want the host to improve? Otherwise, you really didn't have to come join this dinner like this. I wasn't sure if she was invited again afterwards. My stomach would definitely be upset not only as a guess but also a passionate host with so much hospitality. (Cann't you just hear so much cold water straight pouring down from the sky to the sincere host? It was really not funny.)
Anyway, colorful food is indeed very attractive and healing in our life. Furthermore, I believe healthy exercises bring much more fun, energy into life and good hormone and better time during mealtime than just dieting. What do you think?
